With our exchange programme, you can trade in your faulty parts for reconditioned parts tested to OEM specification. Our online collection of reconditioned parts all come with 6 months warranty, which includes: Autosampler Parts, Injectors, PCBs, Pump Parts, Instruments and more. Once ordered, we ship stocked items to your lab anywhere in the world in less than a week. If you have a faulty item, return it to us within four weeks, we will then credit or refund you the difference to use across our entire product range.
