DSM Nutritional Products is to exhibit at this year’s CPhI, where it will showcase a range of nutritional solutions for the dietary supplement and pharmaceutical industries and share its latest scientific insights. Visitors to the stand can discover a range of product samples and learn how DSM’s products can support various health benefits, including heart health.
True to its tradition of hosting interactive on-stand activities, DSM invites visitors to a cholesterol-themed event taking place at 16:00 on Tuesday 7th of October, where they can taste cholesterol-lowering delicacies, have their cholesterol levels measured and more. Visitors will discover preventative solutions, such as natural OatWell oat beta-glucan and the new Life’s Omega 60, as well as cholesterol-lowering treatment options Atorvastatin and Rosuvastatin, the so called ‘super-statins’, which will shortly become members of the PureActives family of ECO+ medicines presented by DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals.
OatWell is a 100% natural oat bran, which contains high quantities of oat beta-glucan and is scientifically proven to lower cholesterol and the risk of coronary heart disease. OatWell products already on the market and sold directly to consumers include OatWell Original Powder, OatWell Crispy Hearts and OatWell Instant Drink Mix, all containing the daily 3g of oat beta-glucan per portion.
