GWT Global Weighing Technologies Limited announces the release of a complete range of new system controllers, the new X5-Series.
The FLOW-X5 is a powerful control unit for direct feed rate control of continuous charge or discharge processes from weigh hoppers. The BATCH-X5 is an extremely flexible control unit for automatic recipe control. The IBC-X5 for charge and discharge applications of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) is especially userfriendly and easy to setup and get started.
The X5-series is a range of compact units with integrated PLC and operator interface, powerful digital signal processing and digital control algorithms. A user friendly product and parameter database and communication via serial interface(RS232/485), Profibus-DP, DeviceNet or Ethernet (TCP/IP) support vertical and horizontal integration in existing automation systems.
Each X5 controller is dedicated and programmed for it's specific application. An adaptation to individual user requirements can be done by simple configuration eliminating the need of any user programming. If required the integrated high performance PLC is programmable according to
IEC61131 and allows fast and easy adaptation to virtually all process requirements.
The built in smart calibration feature enables easy calibration even without the use of weights.
