The new tool automates and streamlines workflows for more detailed insights.
Thermo Fisher Scientific has launched the spectral-enabled Invitrogen Attune Xenith Flow Cytometer.
The cytometer enables immunology and immune-oncology researchers to automate and streamline workflows to obtain more detailed and accurate insights from critical cellular samples.
Using the company’s core acoustic focusing technology, the cytometer offers better time to results for researchers of cellular behaviours and targeted therapies. The technology enables spectral unmixing and conventional flow cytometry, supporting a variety of applications with flexibility and sensitivity.
The Attune Xenith Flow Cytometer addresses several common problems that traditional cytometers face, such as clogging and slow processing times due to complex data.
High-speed acoustic technology accelerates the sample process, minimising process times while using its six lasers and 51 fluorescent detectors to enable precise insights from each sample.
More uptime is achieved through the cytometer’s clog-resistant design and its ability to run extended operations without fluid changes.
Built-in cameras, automated maintenance and remote diagnostics help to ensure easy use for researchers of all backgrounds.
Earlier this year, Thermo Fisher released its single-use bioreactor to simplify and accelerate the process of bringing therapies to market.
