Regulated laboratories can get all flowmeter hardware and software in one pack
Laboratory technology specialist Testa Analytical has launched the HPLC Pump Qualification Pack, a tool for regulated laboratories to qualify the operation and performance of their HPLC systems.
The pack contains a calibrated LC flowmeter, a data validation tool and a tablet-computer with pre-installed software.
"Our HPLC Pump Qualification Pack was developed in response to the growing need for an efficient and reliable qualification method for labs working according to regulatory standards and protocols,” said Testa Analytical’s managing director Carlo Dessy.
“Users get all the flowmeter hardware and software in an all-in-one pack that considerably reduces the time required for HPLC pump qualification, while improving traceability of results.”
The LC flowmeter continuously measures pump performance in real time and uses a high-resolution thermal sensor that does not interrupt this measurement. It is powered by a USB connection and small enough to keep out of the way.
Because the HPLC Pump Qualification Pack also includes a data validation tool and a tablet, it can automatically perform all necessary flow data calculations, as well as operational and performance qualification checks.
Being able to precisely measure the flow rate and conduct operational and performance qualification checks can improve the purity of separated compounds and optimise the overall collection process.
The automated, all-in-one nature of this pack ensures that the time required for HPLC pump qualification is reduced.
The traceability of data and the results is also improved, making it a simple, affordable option for laboratories aiming to follow compliance and optimise their HPLC systems efficiently.
