Kent Imaging has partnered with TrueGraft to integrate precision wound sizing into the Kent’s Snapshot platform.
Advanced wound care modalities, including skin substitutes and cellular and tissue-based products (CAMPs), are facing heightened payer and regulatory scrutiny.
“Clinicians using advanced modalities are being asked to prove the value of every application, and they deserve tools that make that easy,” said Kent Imaging CEO Pierre Lemire. “Bringing TrueGraft’s precision sizing into the Snapshot platform means a single, objective record that shows why a product was chosen, how it was sized, and how the wound responded. That is what makes advanced wound care defensible, and it is a platform that can scale with our customers.”
Kent Imaging’s SnapshotNIR provides real-time tissue oxygenation mapping, and SnapshotGLO visualises the fluorescence associated with harmful bacteria in and around a wound at the point of care. Connected through single platform, these capabilities support each step of an advanced modality decision.
The collaboration will bring objective tissue assessment and precise, calibrated wound sizing together in a single platform, clinicians a unified record of what they treated and how.
Kent Imaging has previously entered a partnership with Marathon Medical Corporation, combining technologies to improve wound imaging.
