Fully operational cleanroom to feature at Interphex 2026

CleanSpace Cleanroom Showroom for Interphex

Cleanrooms designer and engineer CleanSpace will bring a fully operational pharmaceutical cleanroom to the upcoming Interphex conference in New York City.

The installation, rather than being a model or conceptual exhibit, will be an active cleanroom using its vertical integration delivery method to function live throughout the duration of the show.

“The industry can’t afford fragmented delivery models anymore. By bringing design, engineering, construction, CQV along with product manufacturing fully in-house, CleanSpace removes uncertainty, accelerates timelines, and ensures compliance with today’s modern FDA standards,” said a CleanSpace spokesperson.

CleanSpace claims the cleanroom will be the largest active cleanroom brought to a tradeshow floor in North America.

Cleanspace has engineered, fabricated and constructed the cleanroom, equipping it with a fill-finish unit from Swiss process isolator designer Skan. The cleanroom also contains CleanSpace products, windows uPVC wall and ceiling panel options. Additional features include door options with operational interlock systems, integrated pharmaceutical processing equipment and gowning and process areas in the ISO-classified manufacturing space.

Interphex attendees can walk through realistic production layout while observing live workflows such as materials transfer, equipment integration and pharmaceutical fill-finish operations. These processes will be easily visible due to the full-glass observation walls and multi-level walkable structure with an elevated viewing deck.
