FTS Cleanrooms will design and build a 350m² cleanroom facility for a medical device manufacturer in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
FTS will build the facility to ISO 7 and ISO 8 classifications, including a dedicated ISO 9 CNC area to support the manufacturing of ELISA & Diagnostic kits under controlled environmental conditions.
ELISA & Diagnostic kit manufacturing requires controlled temperature, humidity and particulate conditions to maintain consistent product quality and regulatory compliance across each batch. To meet these conditions, the facility must be engineered specifically for that level of control, from airflow design to final validation.
FTS’ Saudi Arabia office will support the work to ensure local regulatory approvals are met.
