The software suite is suitable for large amounts of data processing
Biotechnology company Refeyn has launched a software platform to automate mass photometry analysis workflows.
“We’re pleased to introduce StreamlineMP to offer tailored solutions for the automation of large dataset analysis,” said Refeyn chief marketing officer Fiona Coats.
Complementary to Refeyn’s DiscoverMP, the StreamlineMP software suite has specialised data analysis modules that automate data processing for bioanalytical applications.
However, SteamlineMP provides a standardised analysis workflow across a large number of datasets. Operators can apply consistent, repeated analysis parameters to large datasets for individual applications.
The first application-specific module added to the suite is Refeyn’s Antibody Stability Module which automatically characterises aggregation in large batches of antibody samples.
“Combined with the strengths of mass photometry as a rapid, reliable solution for antibody aggregation analysis, we see our first software application, the Antibody Stability Module, becoming an essential tool for in-process purity and stability analysis for therapeutic antibodies,” said Coats.
Designed for large datasets from antibody stability analysis, the suite delivers statistics on aggregation levels for replicate groups. The module can cut analysis time of antibody data by 80% or more with more consistent results free from manual error.
