Sapio Sciences, the science-aware lab informatics platform, has released a biorepository management software in the Sapio Release 25.4.
The solution is designed for biopharma research and development, clinical trials, biobanks, genomics and personalised medicine.

Sapio Biorepository Management offers laboratories centralised, flexible management of biospecimens across multiple sights and Sapio Biorepository Management streamlines sample workflows, including aliquoting, pooling, slide preparation and barcode-based tracking.
Laboratories can manage sample browsing, registration, storage, requests, sample preparation and shipping from a centralised dashboard.
The stand-alone solution offers no/low-code configurability and can be integrated with Sapio’s LIMS, ELN and Scientific Data Cloud, as well as other informatics providers.
The aim of the platform is to enhance visibility, traceability and coordination across the sample life cycle.
Last month, open-source machine learning framework Nvidia BioNeMo was added to the Sapio Sciences Informatics Platform.
