Characterised by their durability and enhanced light transmittance, the tubes make it easier to monitor, track and assess samples
Sample storage company Micronic has introduced X-Clear Tubes, designed to enhance sample visibility and withstand extreme conditions.
Micronic X-Clear Tubes can deliver consistent performance from -80°C to +210°C and can withstand intermittent exposure to temperatures up to 235°C.
The physical durability of the tubes is substantial, with the tubes capable of enduring multiple autoclave cycles without compromising their structural integrity or performance.
The tubes also offer chemical resistance, particularly against acids, alkalis and alcohol.
Enhanced light transmittance makes it easier to monitor, track and assess samples, making the tubes suitable for detailed examinations.
The V-bottom of the tube enable optimal sample collection and easy retrieval.
The screw caps come in different colours with a tight seal to protect the samples during transport and storage. The caps, like all Micronic screw caps, are compatible with the company’s automated recapper and complete line of automation-friendly screw cap carriers.
Micronic X-Clear Tubes are available in 0.75ml and 1.40ml sizes.
