giles AI to accelerate scientific research

The research agent is designed to support healthcare, clinical and medical research

Artificial intelligence company giles AI has launched a specialised research agent designed to support healthcare, clinical and medical research.

The research agent called giles extracts, analyses, summarises and references information from verified medical databases and private files to accelerate research processes.

“giles is transforming the way we approach medical research literature review,” said giles AI CEO Rishi Wadhera. “Instead of spending hours researching, analysing, and organising data, users can simply ask our innovative AI agent, making healthcare research effortless.”

The LLM-agnostic agent optimises research intelligence for scientific text comprehension, data accuracy validation, citation tracking, and domain-specific language understanding for medical, clinical, and academic settings.

giles’ use of AI enables it to create abstracts, offer data comparisons, cite and verify results in seconds with an accuracy rate of up to 94%. The aim is to assist in all aspects of life science and healthcare research, including drug discovery and development.

The development of giles was supported through a partnership with biopharma consultant Regulatory Scientific and Health Solutions (RSS).

Wadhera added: “We are excited to share giles with both academics and researchers from across sector as we advance in our mission to make advanced AI research tools available to all, and look forward to seeing the scientific breakthroughs our technology facilitates.”
