This software is particularly useful for those requiring more data logging and graphing
Laboratrory equipment supplier Vapourtec recently released automation software for its E-Series Flow Chemistry System.
The software allows fully automated reactions to run unattended and is particularly useful for operators requiring more data logging and graphing.
“The user is given the option to instantly choose which data sets to present and can define the number of graphs displayed,” said Vapourtec MD and founder Duncan Gunthrie. “The touchscreen allows intuitive real-time zooming of X and Y data axes.”
With the touchscreen technology, operators can choose what information is displayed, including pressure, temperature, flowrate, data from PAT and valves.
Multiple automated reactions can run at once with specifically defined experimental settings adjusted through a schematic editor.
Machine learning algorithms can also be implemented through the OPC UA interface.
The software is compatible with external equipment, such as additional pumps, reactors, recirculators and in-line analytics. The number of pump channels can also be extended to increase performance.
