The PW range has three models – all with 0.0001g readability and automatic internal calibration with the ability to switch to external calibration when required. The other range of PGW Precision Balances has eight capacity/ readability configurations and the option for internal calibration or external calibration for each model.
The PW Analytical and PGW Precision Balances offer:
- Up to 18 weighing units (includes 1 custom unit) and seven weighing modes including part counting, percentage weighing, check weighing, net/total formulation, density determination, animal /dynamic weighing, etc.
- A large backlit dual display allows simultaneous viewing of weighing data alongside user-selected reference data (such as functions, menu prompts, piece weights, time, or date) while the capacity track alerts of any approaching overloads.
- Multi-lingual display facility in English, French, German and Spanish.
- Smooth contours divert spills and its solid aluminium construction, sealed keypad, and removable stainless steel pan provide added protection against damage.
- Password protection feature of the software prevents unauthorised use of certain software parameters and in addition an integral mounting point for a security lock and cable secures the balance.
- A bi-directional RS-232 interface allows for data to be sent to printers or PC (and for GLP-compliant reports to be generated after each calibration. A second port provides for future communication expansion.
- A wide selection of accessories is offered to complement the balances including a density kit, a weigh-below hanger, an anti-vibration table and a range of printers.
