Purified cancer exosome samples

Amsbio has introduced a range of purified cancer exosome samples to help researchers study the role of exosomes in cancer development and metastasis.

By targeted filtration of patient serum using a specific binding method removes protein contaminant to isolate exosome at 95% high purity.

Using this proprietary filtration method, the purified tumour exosome does not contain any polymer or detergent (SDS, NP-40 or Triton).

The purified tumour exosome can be used for RNA or protein analysis techniques such as qRT-PCR, microarray and mass spectrometry. AMSBIO also offer purified tumour exosomal RNA that is ready-to-use for Next Generation Sequencing.

The Amsbio purified tumor exosome range include samples from bladder, breast, colorectal, Crohn's disease, diabetes type 1, kidney, leukemia, liver, melanoma, nasopharyngeal, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, prostate, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, thyroid and uterine corpus cancers. This product range is for research use only.

Exosomes are small endosome derived lipid nanoparticles actively secreted by exocytosis in most living cells.

Release of exosomes occurs either constitutively or upon induction, under both normal and pathological conditions, in a dynamic, regulated and functionally relevant manner.

Isolated from diverse cell lines, Exosomes have been shown to have pleiotropic physiological and pathological functions and play significant roles in diverse pathological conditions such as cancer, infectious and neurodegenerative diseases.
