Pipetting tool designed to be ideal fit for every hand

The latest generation of the Transferpette S has been created to be the perfect fit for every hand. It offers efficient, one-handed operation and is both flexible and reliable.

The user will experience the finer points of the design when the tool is in their hand. A slim hand-grip fits comfortably and securely in all hands – right, left, big or small. It is lightweight and balanced, with short operating paths for comfort, even in extended pipetting sessions. All functions, from volume setting and pipetting to tip ejection can be performed single-handed without changing the grip. This intuitive design allows for comfortable, efficient operation, essential for lengthy pipetting tasks.

The newly designed volume-change protection of the Transferpette S prevents inadvertent volume changes, therefore providing additional reliability and reproducibility of results. It is easy to operate, even when wearing gloves, and clearly shows whether the volume setting is secured.

Narrow centrifuge tubes are no problem. Thanks to the pipette’s slim shaft, users can easily pipette into 15ml conical tubes, among others. Wiping down the pipette is easy, as the shaft tucks inside the handgrip for smooth surfaces.

Whether a scientist is using the single-channel pipette or the 8- and 12-channel models, the Transferpette S is an ideal choice for simple and efficient pipetting in demanding applications.

The single-channel pipettes cover a wide volume range from 0.1 μl to 10ml. Pipettes with small nominal volumes provide high precision for small-volume applications such as those found in molecular biology, e.g. for pipetting enzymes. Large nominal volumes are used for water and environmental analysis, for example, where durability is critical. For standardised applications with specific volumes, economical fixed volume models are offered.

Work in microplates and PCR plates is efficient with the multi-channel models. These 8- and 12-channel pipettes cover the volume range from 0.5 μl to 300 μl. They provide all the advantages of the single-channel models, plus additional features that make work and maintenance easier.
