OPSIS LiquidLINE is a Swedish company that develops and manufactures innovative systems for laboratories in the food and environmental industries. OPSIS AB has, after more than 30 years in the analytical business, taken another step to implement modern technology into the wet chemistry laboratory. We provide innovative, reliable, and cost-effective wet chemistry solutions to laboratories worldwide.
OPSIS LiquidLINE brings innovation to the wet chemistry industry such as:
• Wireless communication and new software capabilities with mobile phones,
• Unique material science to protect the instruments and the operators,
• OPSIS gas software and hardware 24/7 platforms, proven around the world.
All our products are developed, designed, and produced in Sweden. Due to the location, we have access to the best expertise in the Wet Chemistry field, that understand the classic methods.
Our product range includes everything from software, digestion blocks, extraction units, and distillation units to complete Kjeldahl analyzers. OPSIS LiquidLINE provides knowledge on analytical methods such as Protein, Fat and Fiber analyses.
The Kjeldahl method is used worldwide as the standard for analyzing protein content in food, feed, feed ingredients, and beverages. Our KjelROC analyser is typically used for analyses of protein in corn, barley wheat, seeds and protein in milk, beer, cookies, sausage, meat, and flour.
Standard in all our digestion blocks is selectable programs, timer functions and possibility to select between Celsius and Fahrenheit. Our more advanced blocks offer more automation with a motor rack.
Soxhlet extraction is one of the most used methods for determination of total fat. OPSIS LiquidLINE has developed the SoxROC Extraction unit to increase the effectiveness of this process. The SoxROC is up to five times faster than the classical Soxhlet method with no loss in precision or accuracy, due to an effective sealed hot extraction process. The SoxROC unit will automatically perform the different extraction steps in the method.
Boiling a sample in acid, acid hydrolysis, is a preparation step for many analyses. The Weende method is used worldwide as the standard for determining Crude Fiber in food and feed. OPSIS LiquidLINE brings an innovative solution for acid hydrolysis, making total fat determinations more efficient and safer. The hazardous hydrolysis process can now safely be performed with up to six samples simultaneously. The unique HydROC filter brings additional cost and time savings.
We can also provide solutions for handling the information flow. The LabConnect software provides a complete solution to register weights and analyse results, including direct import from connected balance and/or barcode scanner. One software for all your Protein, Moisture, Ash, Fiber, and Fat analyses.
OPSIS LiquidLINE is based in southern Sweden. We have all our research and production located at the headquarter since we believe that active cooperation between production and research is important to any manufacturer of premium instruments. Our aim has always been to offer innovative measurement equipment and software. That is why research is so vital to our work. Both our research teams and our production staff benefit from our ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory.
