With the eight actively driven rollers of the planetary driven IPC and IPC-N tubing pump series, a peristaltic delivery with minimal pulsation is possible and high precision is guaranteed.
Pump tubing with 0.133.17mm ID of various materials can be used. Models with 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 channels for flow rates of 0.00244ml/min (IPC) and 0.000411ml/min (IPC-N) are available.
Both pump models are microprocessor controlled and controllable from PC.Five pumping and dosing modes allow accurate dispensing operations, eg pumping by flow rate, dispensing by volume or time (0.1sec999hrs), interval dispensing, drip-free dispensing and calibrating the flow rate and dispensing volume. Tube sizes are factory-set.
Applications are include toxicological in-vitro use, perfusion of animal tissue slices, sampling from tablet dissolution systems.
These pumps are also integrated in flow injection analysers.
