Rexnord introduced its Platinum Series plastic material for conveyor chains and belts. These chains, in grey coloured PS material, offer benefits due to the increase in speed with PV values of more than 50percent higher than conventional acetal materials.
Under certain conditions PS running dry even outperforms most lubricated plastic chains. All together this makes these chains ideal for transport of PET bottles, reducing the friction by at least 10percent. Other benefits include adust free' operation.
Several straight running and sideflexing TableTop chains are available in this revolutionary PS material, both 84 and 85mm wide.
A wide range of MatTop belts in Flush Grid and FlatTop execution can be supplied in widths starting from 84 and 85mm and up. Most important ones are the MCC1000, 1005 and the Rex7705 and 8505 modular belts.
