Measuring heads for reflection measurement

The OMK ECLIPSE is the latest generation probe for the measurement of diffuse reflection. Employing the optical 45°/0° geometry – standardised for colour measurements – the probe offers precise and accurate results from 380 to 2150 nm.

A novel, patented double beam design facilitating permanent synchronous internal referencing, guarantees reliable and reproducible results unaffected by movement, rotation, vibration or temperature changes.

The measuring principle ensures carefree, long-term operation in various production environments such as blenders, pipes or conveyor systems. Easy installation even in narrow confines and adjustment-free lamp replacement are some of the benefits of the sophisticated concept of the OMK ECLIPSE.

The OMK ECLIPSE is a accessory for the MCS 600 and CORONA PLUS Remote systems.

The CORONA PLUS Remote is optimal for the measurement of the ingredients and colour of bulk materials in pipes or chain conveyers. The compact, light and robust spectrometer can be installed in each production line very easily.

The new optical design enables very short measurement times and provides constant monitoring, for example, of the flour milling process and provides real time results to the control system so that adjustments to the process can be made immediately.
