SYRAL launches its with reduced dusting and high dissolution speed, hence extending its wide range of granulometries. Nutritional grades with specific molecular weight distribution are also available. SYRAL has developed modern spray-drying facilities, together with outstanding technical expertise, allowing accurate control of all critical parameters of the powders.
SYRAL stand will allow visitors to discover its new Innovation centre for application. Its 1,300 square metres of state-of-the-art pilot and analytical equipments enable better customer support when working on application development, optimisation, or even on presentations of new product concepts.
The new centre will boost capabilities to develop optimal sweetening formulations and creative solutions for food products in line with consumers expectation. It is a key element in the development of healthier foods such as proteins enriched (MERIPROTM range of wheat proteins), enriched in fibres or with prebiotic benefits (ACTILIGHT®). SYRAL will also present its wide range of polyols, including MERISORBTM (sorbitol powder), MERITOLTM (sorbitol liquid), and MALTILITE® (Maltitol syrups and crystalline) for sugar replacement in confectionery, sweet bakery and dairy products.
