The bright, clear, LCD colour screen displays internal, process and set point temperatures in large format enabling easy viewing from across your lab, and the option of a real time graphical display. Safety information such as over-temperature setting, set point limits, bath level indicator, alarms and pump pressure/speed can be displayed simultaneously. With the addition of time and date, an unmatched array of information is now available at a glance, without the need for a user to access the software menu.
The unique 'Easy Control' menu on the CC-Pilot is virtually identical to the well-established Unistat Pilot, giving simple familiar access to all functions using a 'turn to search' - 'push to select' encoder. All CC-Pilot controllers now come as standard with RS232 interface, external temperature probe connection and port for software upgrades.
For customers with very simple control requirements a 'Basic Grade' CC-Pilot is available at a low entry-level price. Additional functionality is easily accessible by purchasing an E-grade license (Electronic Upgrade) and upgrading the CC-Pilot to 'Exclusive Grade' or 'Professional Grade'. Units may be upgraded by the user at any time after purchase by using a manufacturer supplied code to unlock the next level of software functionality.
'Exclusive Grade' CC-Pilot controllers include the option of 0.01ºC resolution temperature display, True Adaptive Control (TAC) intelligent self optimising control, graphic display, process control, ramp function and triple 5 step programming. 'Professional Grade' controllers add further functionality that includes non-linear ramping, user / administrator menus, a second set point function and extended multi-point programming capability.
For added convenience all CC-Pilots can be remotely located with use of an optional Pilot table stand or wall mounted bracket - ideal for locating the controller outside or at the front of your fumehood.
