Banner Engineering is introducing its World-Beam Q12 series ultra-miniature photoelectric sensors.
At only 22mm long by 8mm wide and 12mm deep, the Q12 is the smallest model in Banner's very popular and successful World-Beam series family of sensors.
Completely self-contained, the Q12 features an innovative overmoulded design to achieve an IP67 environmental protection rating and withstand the harsh industrial environments. It is available in opposed, retroreflective, polarised retroreflective and fixed-field modes, and is capable of sensing ranges up to 2m.
Installation in confined or otherwise challenging locations is simplified by means of robust, metal-sleeved side mounting holes that are consistently located on all models - as well as an assortment of available brackets.
With its miniature size and broad range of available operating modes, the World-Beam Q12 series photoelectric sensors are suitable for applications including materials handling and packaging.
