Ecolab Life Sciences has launched Klercide Rapid Sporicide, a new sporicidal disinfectant designed to improve pharmaceutical cleanroom safety and performance while reducing overall production turnover time. The latest pharma cleanroom product has been developed to be gentler on equipment and surfaces, improving the user experience and work conditions.
Ecolab’s latest pharma cleanroom sporicide addresses challenges in pharma microbial control, including strong odours, corrosiveness, and complete surface coverage. All of these issues contribute to reducing the lifetime of equipment and creating a less desirable work environment for operators.
The new formula is capable of providing efficacy while minimising residue, reducing re-application time and improving overall user experience. This can shorten changeover times and achieve overall savings for pharmaceutical manufacturers, enabling the delivery of safely manufactured medicines to patients more quickly. The new sporicide will be available in several formats to meet the complete lifecycle of pharma production.
