The agreement will see the launch of a clinical trial on NAD+ Advanced
Cata-Kor, a U.S.-based nutaceutical company, has entered into a research services agreement with KGK Science, a North American contract research organisation (CRO). Under the agreement, KGK will conduct a human clinical trial to evaluate Cata-Kor's high-dose NAD+ formula, NAD+ Advanced.
As part of the collaboration, KGK will oversee all stages of the study, including the design of the clinical protocol, submission of regulatory and ethics documents, trial implementation, data management, statistical analysis, and final reporting.
The randomised, placebo-controlled trial is set to involve 80 healthy adult participants over the course of eight weeks. On top of monitoring NAD+ levels at multiple intervals, the study will be assessing participant-reported metrics relating to energy, skin health, metabolic indicators, and overall well-being.
