The Ultratap 500 series offer 25 million taps without calibration loss, meeting all industry standards including USP 616 methods one, two and three.
Automated drop height detection, integrated user management, and intuitive software ensure full compliance while reducing the opportunity for human error. The series’ automated reports provide bulk density, Carr’s Index and Hausner Ratio.
The intuitive touchscreen simplifies access to pre-stored and custom methods. The series supports applications with 24 pre-stored ASTM, ISO and USP methods.
Easy operation is also enhanced by TruLock straps that allow fast, secure cylinder setup.
The series’ noise levels are over 90& lower than many similar models and a noise reduction cabinet is available for additional noise reduction options.
The technology is useful for pharmaceuticals and chemicals measuring density precisely.
