ACE C18-Amide is a new, uniquely designed UHPLC/HPLC stationary phase offering improved retention of polar compounds, enhanced phenolic resolution and alternative selectivity to C18 bonded columns.
The unique ligand design of the ACE C18-Amide incorporates an extended alkyl chain spacer between the silica surface and amide polar group, which gives extra phase stability in eluents of pH 2 - pH 8.
The longer C18 tail increases the hydrophobic mechanism of interaction compared to phases with shorter (C14 - C16) tail groups. ACE C18-Amide offers low bleed for UV and LC/MS compatibility and can be used in 100% aqueous mobile phase conditions. Particle sizes of 2, 3, 5 and 10µm are available.
