Analysing IgG glycopeptides

Ludger’s V-Tag technology has been developed to add glycomics profiling to a peptide mapping workflow for users' mAb pharmaceutical.

The V-Tag system comprises two steps; firstly the V-Tag dye labels IgG glycopeptides in the user's protease-digested glycoprotein sample. Only 10ug of glycoprotein is required. The second step is sample clean-up and glycopeptide enrichment. Both steps are completed in two hours.

Enrichment of glycopeptides allows for increased signal intensity on MALDI-MS and samples can be analysed by the user's choice of MALDI-MS and/or (U)HPLC analysis, providing reliable glycan identification and quantitation.

This technology has been validated according to ICH Q2 standards, so it can be used in a GMP environment.
