ABgene Skirted Low Profile PCR Plate

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., the world leader in serving science, is pleased to announce the Thermo Scientific ABgene Skirted Low Profile 96-well PCR Plate with black lettering (ref AB-0800-L) as its "Plate of the Month" for May 2009. The Plate of the Month initiative celebrates entry into the second century of man-made plastics by providing scientists with valuable ways to trial ABgene plates.

The ABgene Skirted Low Profile 96-well PCR plate has been designed to make plate handling easier. Plate orientation and sample identification errors can occur on both automated platforms and laboratory benches. With the ABgene AB-0800-L plate, the contrast between the black, raised, alphanumeric grid referencing and the plate eliminates these errors. Each well has a thin walled design for optimal and consistent heat transfer and a raised rim for superior sealing with adhesive seals or cap strips. The ABgene Skirted 96-well PCR plate is also available in opaque white for QPCR applications.

The market-leading ABgene range combines precision design, high-quality materials and clean room production to ensure reliable and reproducible, premium products that give you confidence in your results. Like all ABgene PCR plastic consumables, the ABgene Skirted Low Profile PCR Plate is manufactured from non-porous virgin (medical grade) polypropylene and undergoes extensive quality testing to ensure a plate of the highest quality, certified free from DNase, RNase and endotoxin contamination.

Thermo Fisher Scientific has 10 cases (25 plates in each) of these Skirted Low Profile PCR plates to give away. This offer is on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability.
