Bühler Chocolate & Cocoa business unit, recently having acquired G W Barth AG, now includes peak technology for the treatment of nuts, almonds and other seeds. As proven with Bindler and Frisse technology newly-founded Bühler Barth will enhance the chocolate process.

Bühler is also showing a nut roasting novelty lengthening shelf life of hazelnuts, a new way of almonds pasteurisation, a two-stage refining system, the pre-crystallisation process as well as the newest Bühler Bindler depositors. And for the first time cold stamping and flexible nozzles depositing - highly precise, no tailing - will be shown. The revised refiner on show is an example for retrofit solutions.
